Please read our Policy Statement below before making a purchase.

At Digital Dosse, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, custom-made products tailored to their preferences and needs. As such, all orders are fulfilled on a made-to-order basis. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. 

Customers wishing to cancel their order must do so within 1 hour of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Any cancelations made after this time frame will not be accepted. We do not accept returns. 

At this time, our business is located in Nassau, Bahamas, and is only offering pick-up services. Upon completion of your order, the pick-up location will be communicated to you either via email or by the telephone number provided at checkout. Please expect to receive your case between 1-5 days after placing your order. Be aware that if your order is not collected within 48 hours of receiving the location, all payment will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Digital Dosse is proud to be a black- owned business with Christian values at our core. We welcome customers who choose to personalize their cases with custom names or phrases; however, we strictly prohibt racist remarks or derogatory content that mocks God. As a reflection of our beliefs and commitment to respect and inclusivity, we reserve the right to refuse any order containing such content.

Once packages have been collected Digital Dosse will not be held responsible for any damages incurred thereafter.  Please be advised that cases are not indestructable, exceed caution and handle your case with care. Refrain from dropping or throwing your case on hard surfaces.
